Updates to DigitDomain

I've notice that the Groupmanager is all funky now. I'm taking the liberty to redo everything. Here are some changes and why the server is down ATM:

Digit domains Ranks and Permissions

Digit(Default): Access to join all SG arenas| BowSpleef Access| BuyCraft Access| AmileyChat Access|

DoubleDigit: EchoPets access(NO RIDING OR HATS), Pets: Wolf, Ocelot| SG SPECTATE ACCESS|

TripleDigit: /FLY| Pets: Sheep, Pig, Mooshroom, Cow, Chicken, Bat, Squid

QuadDigit: Pets: IronGolem, Creeper, Horse

Respected: Same as Quad

MapMaker: Remove access to WorldEdit.

DIGIT DOMAIN REQUIREMENTS

DO NOT DELETE ANY KILLS STATS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT

UPDATE ALL THE PLUGINS!!!!!!!!

SET REGIONS BEFORE UNWHITELISTING

REDO ALL GATES

REDO MOD PERMS

REMODEL PVP
