Do you Admins hatebeing crowded, with this plugin you can do /d p JimmyJoeBob43 or anything to become that player on the outside.Especially for MMAP. Here is the link:

Also, you could add a donator perk for disguise craft like double digit can turn into an animal and triple digit can turn into all mobs however, only allow mods and up to transform into players.
