Questions about rank on server.

i was on the server the other day and i saw someone with the [Respected] prefix. What is it and how do i get respected?????????I also saw mod, is it a moderator??????

Respected is a rank giving to those who are friends with me and pi. Usually people from my old server get it because I personally know them. now MOD idk might be a bug

also a minute ago, i saw MapMaker and im sure i saw Mod(ex: [Mod]Erad. MESSEGE)
