request of plugins to add/remove

hi i am tombis16 and i really like the survival server with raid etc but you guys could make it better by adding some plugins

/tpa function we know it is survival but in a raid server you need to be able to /tpa when something dangerous happens or if you wanna let something dangerous happen

please remove the potion effects remover plugin not to be a twat but it can be more fun when we add potions

the towny plugin it is fun to run a faction etc but towny is way more fun then factions in my opinion

could you guys also add a shop or something next to the spawn
