Change the color of "Digets" chat, preferably &f(white) cause its so hard to read chat

Well Since people can spam chat We put it this way so mods and admins chat can be more clear.

Do not do the SkitScaoe thing!! It's so annoying! You have to wait 10 seconds to type COMMANDS!!! PLZ NO!
