Path of Trusted to Admin

Hello,
I am a triple digit on the server and I was wondering if you could add a "path" on how to get up to "Respected, Trusted, Mod and Admin" ranks?

To get respected, you would need to be respected on the server.

Be kind to others
Follow the rules
and Don't beg for a better rank

Over time you will become respected

Currently Pi only wants mods and Admins that he knows personally.
You would not want to become trusted as it is the same as the triple digit rank.
