Staff Applications

I have been noticing that quite a few people have been getting respected lately. I am a donator on the server and you would know me as Triple Digit Tiger. My idea is that there should be applications for respected rank because It IS just a title with no permissions. Therefore showing that you like that person and probably giving them a higher chance of getting Trusted. The second part of that is just an idea but I think that there should be respected applications.
